Service First Champions
In an effort to recognize and reward employees who excel in the provision of excellent customer service,
Service First Champions are selected and celebrated each quarter within each Baptist entity or corporate
service area.
The Service First Champions are selected by each entity’s selection committee based on nominations
submitted by colleagues. At each entity’s quarterly Service First celebration, the champion receives a
framed certificate, a check for $250 and a parking space for the quarter designated for the Service First
Champion with the champion’s name displayed.
